Students will learn about network topologies, protocols, cabling, and troubleshooting, as well as how to configure and manage servers. They will also gain an understanding of internet and intranet technologies, cloud applications, audio-video conferencing, and voice over internet protocol (VoIP). The course will also emphasize the importance of backup and recovery, and essential security measures.
